Membership.Membership into the 75th is by invitation only with two types of Memberships. a. A Tag member is a member that has elected to not pay dues. Being a Tag member gives individuals the opportunity to add the 75th tag and have access to the member forms and Ventrilo as well as having a reserved slot on the server (A Tag member can not have a slot if it would require a Member to leave the game). The highest rank that a Tag member can hold is PFC. b. A Member pays Dues. A Member can hold all ranks and can vote on any issue that is posted. It also allows the member to participate in the governing functions and he or she can become an Admin of the [75th]. If the server is full and there are guests or Tag Members taking a slot, the guest then the Tag Member will be asked to leave or kicked in order the make room for the member. If the server is full with [75th] members a member will be asked to leave in Ventrilo to make room for the incoming member. .Recruiting Member recruiting is the responsibility of all 75th members. Each member is expected to comment and vote on applicants and prospects for membership into the 75th. ..Recruiting Cycle The Recruiting Cycle is based on three phases. a. Phase I: Observation. Members should always be observing guest for a possible invite. A guest must have been playing on the server for a minimum of 2 weeks so that members have had the opportunity to observe the guest. b. Phase II: Recommendation and Application. Invitations can be made by members with the rank of corporal or above and that member will also be the sponsor for that guest. The sponsor will have the guest fill out an application on the 75th web page under the Maine Menu “Application”. The applicant must fill out the application completely to be processed. c. Phase III: Recruit and Member Vote. After the application has been reviewed it will be posted for a vote and the applicant will add the [75th](R)tag to identify the recruit in game. The Members will review the application and vote to except or reject the recruit. The vote will be posted for two weeks or until a majority is reached. The sponsor will be informed if the recruit has been accepted or rejected into the [75th] and what the recruits first dues will be if a member and Company assignment in the [75th].
