Governing The 75th was founded with the intent that it will be self governing. This will be accomplished with the Member Advisory Committee and member votes..Member Votes a. Member votes are required to govern the 75th, Each member has the right to vote on all 75th vote polls. Members are highly encouraged to participate in all votes and no one members vote counts for more than one vote. b. Votes will be posted on the 75th Forums in a poll format. Each member can vote one time per issue. A member will not know what how the votes stands until after he/she has voted. The form will keep a running total of the poll and the members will see this after he/she has voted. Each member is encouraged to elaborate on his or her vote. This can only be done after he/she has voted. c. Votes must be held for the following: · New Members, quarterly· Changing server configuration, Para. 6-2· New Servers, As needed· Advisory Committee members, semiannually· Changing member dues, As needed· Additional votes can be requested by the Advisory Committee as needed.
